Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Call

Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Funding Scheme – Call for Research and Innovative Projects will open for applications on 1th of April, 2017. International joint application deadline is 30th of June 2017, TUBITAK’s internal deadline is 7th of July 2017.

The main objective of this initiative is to develop a “Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Funding Scheme“ to fund collaborative research projects between researchers and entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia and Europe (including Turkey).

Priority Areas of the call:
• Health
• Antimicrobial resistance
• New emerging infectious disease
• Climate Change/Environment
• Adaptation / flexibility of food production systems
• Effects of Climate change on ecosystem and biodiversity

The project consortium should consist of at least 3 project partners, two from Southeast Asia, one from European countries, or two from Europe and one from Southeast Asia.

Turkish researcher will be funded by TÜBİTAK according to 1001 rules.

The projects funded under these programs are not counted towards your TUBITAK Project Quota.
