E-signature Renewal and Application for TUBITAK Projects

As is known, TUBITAK announced that by 2019, e-signature will be required in all project application and execution processes.

Our university aims to keep our academicians from having difficulty in the R&D project processes, will provide e-signatures to the people who will submit proposals in the coming call periods (2019-2020).

1. The e-signature processes of those who have been previously provided with e-signature by TTO and whose validity period will end on 03/12/2018 will be extended. If you do not want an extention, please inform tto.project@bilkent.edu.tr before September 25th.

2. From 2019, our academicians who will submit new projects are requested to send their inquiries to tto.project@bilkent.edu.tr before September 25th.

3. No action will be taken by TTO for our academicians who did not receive e-Signatures from KAMU SM through TTO.

BCC will support if you are having trouble with the installation and operation of e-signatures. For this you can send it to hotline@bilkent.edu.tr.
