Dr. Amir Bahrami Receives EMBO Grant

Bilkent University UNAM Asst. Prof. Amir Bahrami has been awarded EMBO Installation Grant.

EMBO has announced that Dr. Bahrami of Bilkent UNAM has been selected as one of the six scientists to receive the Installation Grant. Dr. Bahrami will be establishing his group at Bilkent University UNAM, which mainly focuses on theoretical modeling and simulations of soft/active matter and cellular/biological systems.

Dr. Bahrami will be receiving 50,000 Euros annually for three to five years and can also apply for additional grants of up to 10,000 Euros per year.
