Bilkent TTO supports researchers in project development and project management processes and offers the following services:
Pre-proposal stage
- Conduct training sessions on project writing tailored to your needs,
- Explore potential funding opportunities aligned with your project idea,
- Assist in creating your short/long term reserach roadmap,
- Check the deadlines of the calls and prepare the announecements.
Proposal preparation stage
- Provide assistance in the development and review of the proposal,
- Verify the call requirements, including academic and budgetary specifications,
- Assist in identifying potential partners, and optimizing consortium structures to enhance competitiveness and meet grant requirements,
- Establish collaborative agreements and other related contracts,
- Provide support with the signature of documents.
Project management stage
- Providing support to project managers in implementation processes after the completion of the contracting phase of the projects,
- Ensuring that purchases of equipment/materials, etc. to be made within the scope of the project are carried out in accordance with the procedures,
- Ensuring that the requests for project personnel or project scholars to be assigned within the scope of the projects are carried out in accordance with the procedures,
- Providing support to academicians in the internal operations of the university.
