Bilkent University Receives Eurostars Fund

The project titled “AI Powered Battery Management System,” in which Bilkent University is a consortium partner, has been awarded under Eurostars-3 for a duration of 36 months, with an estimated budget of approximately 1.7 million Euros. The consortium consists of five different organizations: MEAtec Engineering Limited Company (coordinator), University of Southern Denmark, Bilkent University, Banke ApS, and ORTEM Electronics.

Assoc. Prof. Burak Ülgüt from the Department of Chemistry and Assoc. Prof. Emel Özdora from the Department of Communication and Design at Bilkent University will contribute to the project.

According to data published by TÜBİTAK, 112 institutions from our country submitted 66 preliminary project applications under the Eurostars 2024-2 Call. Of the 8 projects shortlisted, 4 were selected for support.
