The participation rules about COST Actions have been updated. The updates are listed below:

– The researchers who are working on TÜBİTAK ARDEB (1001/3501/1003/3001/Bilateral Projects) and TEYDEB (1501/1505/1507/1509/1511) can apply to participate in COST Actions with providing an approval letter from the project’s principal investigator (PI). But either PI or researcher can apply to the same action with the same project.
– Different people in the same project team (PI or researcher) can apply to different COST actions with the same project. But the person can not apply to more than one action with the same project.
– Previously when you are applying to a COST action via 1003/1005/3001/Bilateral projects, the project status are considered same (not transformed into a COST project). According to the new rules, from now on if you are applying to a COST action with an ongoing 1001 and 3501 projects, the status of these projects will not be transformed to a COST project either.
– 1005 projects are not eligible for COST actions from now on.
